SureVector 為最新的次世代選殖技術，您可以從安捷倫已經提供的各種功能片段中，挑選組合出您個人化的選殖載體， 所有實驗過程只需簡單的一個反應步驟，就能將有興趣的PCR 基因片段同時選殖進載體之中。SureVector 試劑套組提供混合好的多種功能酵素，可於短時間內有效且可靠地組合多個 DNA 片段 ( 包含您有興趣的PCR 片段) 並形成環狀的載體。
SureVector 系統包含以下片段可供選擇 : bacterial selection markers, bacterial origins of replication, mammalian selection markers, promoters for yeast, mammalian cells and bacteria, and a variety of solubility/affinity tags，各種功能性片段也能適用於各種細胞種類。
