pBC Phagemid Vectors
多用途的 Phagemid 載體系統
pBC vectors 是從 pBluescript II phagemid 發展而來，以 chloramphenicol 抗藥基因取代原本的 ampicillin 抗藥基因，pBC phagemids(plasmids 加上 phage 的 origin) 為一簡化且普遍使用於 cloning 及 sequencing 的cloning vector，包含 DNA sequencing 建構的nested deletions，in vitro RNA transcripts，點突變實驗或是 gene mapping。
