特色
Homologous recombination 節省更多時間
AdEasy Adenoviral Vector System 簡化利用重組adenoviruses 做基因傳送及表現的步驟，將有興趣的目標基因選殖進shuttle vector，並將shuttle vector 及pAdEasy-1 vector 一起transform 到BJ5183 cell 進行同源片段重組 (homologous recombination)，再由AD-293 cell 產生所需病毒。
