- 用 ChromaFlash (Plant) Chromatin Extraction Kit 可獲得 chromatin 產物。
- 用 ChromaFlash Chromatin Shearing Kit 或是 EpiSonic 2000 Sonication System 將 chromatin 片段化。
- 以 ChromaFlash High Sensitivity ChIP Kit 進行免疫沈澱。
