免疫沈澱法Chromatin Immunoprecipitation 為研究protein-DNA 交互作用的有效方法，透 過PCR(ChIP-PCR)、microarray(ChIP-on-chip)及sequencing(ChIP-Seq)，可以偵測活體細胞在特定蛋白和特定序列之間的結合作用。傳統的ChIP 實驗速度慢且非常耗時(2-3 天)，Epigentek 的研發技術，提供各式microplatebased ChIP kits，有專一性的acetyl histone 或 methyl histone 抗體讓實驗能快速準確。
